About Us

Our company owns and manages residential and commercial real estate in the Seattle area. Our offices are located in the business district of Leschi, on the shores of Lake Washington. We operate from one of our commercial and retail locations, Leschi Park Professional Office Suites, where we can be reached Monday through Friday during business hours.


Meet the Team!

Lisa Christian

Property Manager


Lisa has been with Leschi Lakeside for over 10 years now! She is an expert in everything related to our commercial and residential properties. She has created wonderful relationships with all our tenants, vendors, and employees. Most recently, Lisa has been working on the day-to-day operations at our lodge in Big Sky, Montana.

Nick Kafer

CFO


With Seattle being Nick’s hometown, he started working for the company during his college summers and gained experience quickly. He joined Leschi Lakeside full time in 2020 to work on accounting, development projects, and operations. With a finance degree from University of California, Riverside, Nick was able to take over all financials of the company.

Cody Gibson

General Manager


Cody is a Seattle native joining the Leschi Lakeside team in late 2020. With a degree in Communications & Media and an MBA from Seattle University, Cody has implemented his skillset into running the day-to-day operations of the company and spearheading development projects.  

Alli Casella

Leasing and Marketing Manager


Alli joined Leschi Lakeside in the beginning of 2021 to take over the marketing and leasing of our apartment buildings. She has worked in real estate since she graduated from Gonzaga University in 2019, where she studied Marketing and Human Resource Management. Zoe Smith

Leasing and Marketing Coordinator


Welcome our new hire, Zoe! She was brought on board in July of 2022 after graduating from Washington State University.  Zoe majored in Psychology, but discovered a passion for real estate since graduating college. Helping with leasing and marketing, she is quickly learning how to show the apartments and assist tenants.

Richard Wagner

Maintenance Director


Richard has been working on our maintenance team for over 6 years now. He knows all our properties like the back of his hand! Richard is very quick to respond to maintenance requests and enjoys helping our tenants fix any maintenance problems when they come up. He is also very involved in our building upgrade projects and builds great relationships with our vendors to get things done right and efficiently.

Andrew Plamann

Maintenance Manager


Welcome our new hire,  Andrew! He graduated from University of Nebraska and has years of maintenance experience.

Rental Criteria

1.    Applicant must be of legal age, 18 years or older.

2.    Applicant must provide a photocopy of picture ID

3.    Applicant must pay the $40 application fee

4.    Applicant must have a minimum credit score of 650.

5.    Applicant must have a minimum Gross Income to Rent Ratio of 2.5 to 1. If the applicant has a lower ratio, they must show means of financial support through bank           statements.

6.    Applicant must show proof of income and employment must be verifiable. If the applicant is unemployed or retired, the applicant must show means of financial               support through bank statements.

7.     Applicants are required to have excellent payment history and fulfilled all terms of past lease agreements.

8.    If the application is approved and the lease is sent out, the applicant has 48 hours to sign the lease, before we move on to the next applicant.

9.    Once application is submitted, the move-in date must be within the next 30 days.

10.  No pets are allowed.

 

*If certain criteria are not met, applicant may apply with a co-signer.
