
Our company owns and manages residential and commercial real estate in the Seattle area. Our offices are located in the business district of Leschi, on the shores of Lake Washington. We operate from one of our commercial and retail locations, Leschi Park Professional Office Suites, where we can be reached Monday through Friday during business hours.

Cody Gibson
General Manager
Cody, a proud Seattle native, joined the Leschi Lakeside team in late 2020, bringing with him a degree in Communications & Media and an MBA from Seattle University. He effectively manages daily operations and leads development projects with vision and expertise. Known for his strategic insight and approachable demeanor, Cody fosters a collaborative environment that empowers team members to contribute their ideas. His positive attitude and problem-solving skills inspire excellence, making him an invaluable asset to Leschi Lakeside.
Nick Kafer
CFO
Nick began his journey with the company during his college summers, where he quickly developed essential skills and learned the ins and outs of our properties. In 2020, he transitioned to a full-time role at Leschi Lakeside, focusing on accounting, development projects, and operations. Armed with a finance degree from the University of California, Riverside, Nick expertly manages all financial aspects of the company. His strong analytical skills and attention to detail have been instrumental in driving our success, making him a valued member in our team.
Lori Vieira
Property Manager
Lori joined our team in April of 2025 and has brought a positive spark to our team! A southern California native, she moved to Bellevue, WA to start her property management career 30 years ago alongside her real estate developer father leasing and marketing his award-winning apartment communities. She has called the Pacific Northwest her home ever since. Her commitment to long-term professional relationships, combined with a reputation for integrity, innovation, and outstanding communication, makes her a trusted resource in the industry and a valued member of our team. Lori is also a licensed Washington state real estate broker and loves to cook, play tennis, travel, frequent jazz concerts and take long walks in her spare time. Maggie Hirsch
Leasing and Marketing Manager
Maggie joined our team in May 2024 following her graduation at the University of Oregon, where she completed a Major in Business Administration concentrating in Marketing. After her first year tackling leasing and marketing, she has been promoted to Leasing and Marketing Manager. She is thrilled to continue exceeding in this role, and gaining more knowledge in all fields related to property management. Richard Lewis
Maintenance Director
Richard took over the role of Maintenance Manager in February 2025. He has quickly become an asset to our team, tackling maintenance challenges with his "Can do!" attitude. With 7 years of experience under his belt, he's able to assess and repair issues quickly. Along with working seamlessly with our tenants, he maintains excellent relationships with our trusted vendors when necessary.
Rental Criteria
1. Applicant must be of legal age, 18 years or older.
2. Applicant must provide a photocopy of picture ID
3. Applicant must pay the $40 application fee
4. Applicant must have a minimum credit score of 650.
5. Applicant must have a minimum Gross Income to Rent Ratio of 2.5 to 1. If the applicant has a lower ratio, they must show means of financial support through bank statements.
6. Applicant must show proof of income and employment must be verifiable. If the applicant is unemployed or retired, the applicant must show means of financial support through bank statements.
7. Applicants are required to have excellent payment history and fulfilled all terms of past lease agreements.
8. If the application is approved and the lease is sent out, the applicant has 48 hours to sign the lease, before we move on to the next applicant.
9. Once application is submitted, the move-in date must be within the next 30 days.
10. No pets are allowed.
*If certain criteria are not met, applicant may apply with a co-signer.
